- Covered front porch
- Furnishings: small table, 2 chairs, 2 bed frames with single air mattresses
- Air-conditioning and electricity (Does not have running water)
Suggested occupancy limit – 2 adults and 1 vehicle
Renter Must Provide:
Bedding, towels, dishes and eating utensils.
You will have access to Porta Potties, hand wash stations, and dumpster for your trash.
You will be responsible for your trash and keeping your area clean, as you found it upon arrival.
**No open fires permitted.**

All sales are final, non-refundable for any reason and must be used during the current event.
